Responsibilities

• Orchestrate Collaboration: Proactively build and manage collaborative relationships with HR COE teams to ensure seamless execution of programs.
• Program Activation & Management: Lead the activation and adoption of HR programs, managing communication campaigns to resonate with employees.
• Drive Communication Strategy: Develop and manage communication strategies for all HR pillars to ensure engagement and adoption.
• End-to-End Process Management: Project manage critical talent processes such as People Reviews and succession planning across the HR team.
• Compensation Cycle Management: Co-facilitate and project manage compensation-related activities, including detailed analysis and budget oversight.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required, preferably in Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within global, multinational companies.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Strong strategic thinking with in-depth knowledge of HR best practices and trends.
• Ability to lead through influence and navigate solutions in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
