We’re looking for a highly organized and motivated HR Assistant to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in growing a career in Human Resources. You’ll support our HR department with day-to-day tasks, help with recruiting and onboarding, and assist employees with routine HR needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and maintaining employee records.
  • Assist with recruiting efforts such as posting jobs and scheduling orientation.
  • Support onboarding by preparing paperwork and conducting new hire orientation.
  • Answer general HR questions from employees and direct them to the right resources.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred to better support our diverse workforce.
  • Experience in an office or administrative role (HR exposure a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
