$45,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr

Job Summary

U.S. Dermatology Partners is seeking an HR Assistant with outstanding administrative, organizational and communication skills to join the Human Resources Department. The HR Assistant must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced environment. To ensure success, the HR Assistant should display conflict management and decision-making skills with the understanding of the importance of confidentiality.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR team (HRBP’s, HR Managers, Recruiters and CPO)
  • Compile and update employee records (electronically)
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts if needed
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
  • Adheres to all safety policies and procedures in performing job duties and responsibilities while supporting a culture of high quality and great customer service
  • Performs other duties that may be necessary or in the best interest of the organization
