Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Hybrid HR Manager to join a stable and reliable company located in Frederick, MD.
Responsibilities of the HR Manager:
- Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive organizational culture
- Design and implement initiatives to boost engagement, including surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align the program with company goals and values.
- Verify that new employee tasks are completed by their due dates, utilizing regular reporting metrics.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive new hire orientation program that provides an overview of culture, inclusiveness, company policies, employee handbook, and manager resources.
- Design and execute a positive offboarding process, ensuring strict adherence to security protocols and regulatory requirements.
- 3+ years leading programs and projects in one or more of the following areas: employee experience, employee engagement, employee journey management, organizational development, design thinking
- 3+ years human resources experience
- 2+ years' experience with hire to retire process
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and MS Teams; ATS and HRIS technology
- Previous experience with HR information systems is required (Dayforce HCM is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred
- Salary range: $95,000-$105,000
