About the Job

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources operations at our Karachi location. Responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Oversee recruitment, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and hiring.
3. Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
4. Administer performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback sessions.
5. Develop training programs to enhance employee skills.
6. Manage compensation and benefits, including salary reviews and incentive plans.
7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
8. Maintain HR records with confidentiality and data security.
9. Provide HR support and guidance to managers and staff.
10. Stay updated on HR trends to improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; master's or HR certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
• Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel occasionally.
