Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a minimum of four years of expertise in onboarding and offboarding processes, employee support, and M&A integration activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of employee transitions, ensuring a seamless experience for both new hires and departing employees. Additionally, this role will oversee HR systems, ensure compliance with employment laws, and provide support across various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute all aspects of the employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
  • Manage and maintain HR systems, primarily within ADP, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, updating policies as necessary.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and communication of benefits information.
  • Maintain HR records and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support performance management processes and employee relations initiatives as needed.
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives.
  • Assist with HR reporting, audits, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide support for recruiting and payroll processes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of HR experience, with a focus on onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and employee support.
  • Experience working with ADP HRIS or similar HR management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • Experience supporting multi-state HR operations.
  • Prior experience in a fast-growing or dynamic organization is preferred.
