Base pay range

$125,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Location: West Palm Beach | 100% On-Site

Salary: $125,000-140,000

What The HR Manager Will Be Responsible For

• Design and manage compensation structures and wage banding
• Oversee benefits administration and payroll for up to 700 employees
• Lead HRIS updates and implementations (UKG experience preferred)
• Support M&A due diligence and integration
• Ensure compliance with multi-state HR regulations (CA experience a plus)
• Deliver ad hoc reporting and strategic HR insights
  
  

What Are The Qualifications For The HR Manager Role

• 10+ years of experience in HR operations, compensation, benefits, and payroll, etc.
• Background in companies with 350+ employees and $500M+ in revenue
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and compliance
• Experience with UKG or similar HRIS system
• Multi-state HR practices highly preferred
