HR Manager (Hybrid Role, Addison, TX)
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resources functions. This is a hands-on role where you will handle everything from recruiting to benefits administration, ensuring compliance, and supporting our employees and leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: posting jobs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent.
- Administer employee benefits including health, dental, vision, and retirement.
- Oversee annual insurance renewal process, working with brokers and vendors.
- Serve as primary contact for employee benefits questions and support.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy in HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and employee handbook.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and terminations as needed.
- Administer and oversee workers’ compensation claims and reporting.
- Act as a trusted resource and advisor for employees and managers.
- Lead employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives.
- Support leadership with organizational planning and people strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Years of HR experience with strong recruitment and benefits administration background.
- Proven experience managing benefits, insurance renewals, and workers’ compensation.
- Solid knowledge of HR best practices and employment law compliance.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
