- Pay Range: $100,000 - $115,000
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources department, including hiring and interviewing staff.
- Manage the talent acquisition process, collaborating with corporate Talent Acquisition leads.
- Provide support and guidance on complex HR issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives to promote a strong workplace culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related HR software.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
