Soni is hiring for a dynamic client seeking an HR Coordinator with a strong interest in recruiting and a passion for people. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who brings a can-do attitude, energy, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support full-cycle recruiting: posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding
- Assist with day-to-day HR tasks, including employee communications and administrative support
- Help plan and execute employee events and internal culture initiatives
- Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy in ADP
- Partner with the team to ensure a positive candidate and employee experience
- 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or event coordination
- Friendly, upbeat, and professional demeanor—someone who enjoys being the go-to person
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with ADP is a plus
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
