Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a human resources business partner.
• Ability to work in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and decision-making skills.
• Experience supporting and coaching employees and managers.
• Leadership qualities and adaptability in changing environments.

Preferred:

• SHRM or HRCI Certification.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive HR support and expertise.
• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Coach managers and employees to develop leadership and improve performance.
• Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Support talent development, performance management, and change management activities.
• Advise on policies and employee relations issues.
