Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to handle day-to-day Human Resources operations for a respected senior living community. This onsite role is key to ensuring smooth HR processes, regulatory compliance, and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and ensure compliance through regular audits
  • Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing offer letters
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation, including I-9 processing, training coordination, and benefits communication
  • Respond to employee inquiries and serve as a liaison between staff and HR leadership
  • Track open positions and provide regular updates to leadership
  • Contribute to HR projects and help improve internal processes and policies

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of HR experience in an administrative, generalist, or managerial capacity
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS/ATS systems is a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
