Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide advisory support to managers and teams across all business segments in tandem with the HR Partner team
  2. Work as a consultant on HR-related projects and initiatives under the direction of the Senior HR Business Partner
  3. Apply general knowledge in human resources functions; additional knowledge into other business/functional areas is encouraged
  4. Ensure adherence to standard policies and procedures, escalate change requests for review and approval when necessary
  5. Analyze human capital data from multiple sources to advise on solutions and assess workforce demographic trends
  6. Participate actively in HR projects and initiatives; may lead projects or project steps depending on scope
  7. Promote an inclusive environment by respecting and leveraging team member diversity
  8. Collaborate with the business to design or redesign roles and advise on compensation structures
  9. Assist senior leaders with organizational design initiatives to improve team efficiency
  10. Help develop employee engagement action plans and facilitate team-building workshops
  11. Support leaders in applying performance management guidelines to enhance productivity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience handling confidential business matters with discretion
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to develop relationships at all levels of the company
  • Well-organized with a detail-oriented approach
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
  • PHR/SPHR or relevant certifications are a plus
  • Highly organized, attentive, flexible, and able to handle interruptions and changing priorities
  • 3-5 years of human resources experience
