Overview

Our customers include NASA, DoD and the commercial aerospace market. This position is located in Milan, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and implementation of HR policies, procedures and programs using data-driven insights to enhance effectiveness
• Contribute to workforce planning, talent management initiatives, and recruitment by providing data insights to the selection process
• Develop and analyze employee surveys and other feedback mechanisms to measure and improve employee engagement, growth and satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least 10 years of relevant experience
• Ability to travel as necessary (10% or less)
