Human Resources Analyst
Sierra Lobo offers customers a full range of professional and technical capabilities, including advanced manufacturing, assembly, integration, test and evaluation, discipline engineering, and development of advanced technologies. Our customers include the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Department of Defense (DoD), and the commercial aerospace market. This position is located in Milan, Ohio. The Analyst will complete a variety of tasks to support the strategic and compliance operations of the corporate Human Resources Department. The Analyst will collect, analyze and interpret human resources data to inform and improve HR and company policies and strategies, supporting areas like employee growth, recruitment, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement. Responsibilities
Assist in the design and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs using data-driven insights to enhance effectiveness Contribute to workforce planning, talent management initiatives, and recruitment by providing data insights to the selection process Develop and analyze employee surveys and other feedback mechanisms to measure and improve employee engagement, growth, and satisfaction. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field At least 10 years of relevant experience Ability to travel as necessary (10% or less)
