Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Human Resources certification preferred.
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
- 1+ years’ experience managing leaves of absence preferred.
- Solid understanding of general human resources benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Experience in HRIS system, preferably ADP.
- Experience using and/or administering timekeeping systems (e.g. Kronos, UKG, Workday) preferred.
- Familiarity with FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and other related state and federal laws strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Critical thinker, problem solver, follow-through, drive for results, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and customer focus.
- Ability to think independently and execute sound judgment in making decisions.
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
- Ability to calmly manage complex customer service situations.
- Ability to provide coaching and guidance to foster effective relationships.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written required.

The following salary information is provided for transparency and may vary by location and other factors: A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $52,400 to $65,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
