HR Manager (Policy Governance & HR Systems/digitalization)

Reports to: HR Director, Minth North America

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and global corporate standards.
  • Lead the design, rollout, and optimization of HR information systems (HRIS) and digital tools to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and employee experience.
  • Act as the primary contact for policy interpretation and ensure consistent application across business units and regions.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, IT, Finance, Business Leaders) to ensure HR policies align with company strategy and risk management requirements.
  • Monitor, audit, and report on HR compliance, identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions.
  • Drive process standardization, digitalization, and automation within HR functions to support operational excellence.
  • Provide training and guidance to HR teams and business managers on policy governance and HR system utilization.
  • Lead or support HR transformation projects related to policy updates, HR technology implementation, and change management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years focused on HR policy, governance, or HRIS implementation/management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance frameworks, and HR best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities; able to influence and drive change across functions.
  • Detail-oriented with high integrity and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
