A large real estate firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support its Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have HR experience, knowledge of payroll processes, and excellent interpersonal skills to help foster a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with payroll processes and employee records
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Managing employee inquiries and HR correspondence
- Coordinating HR programs, trainings, and events
- Assisting with compliance and maintaining HR databases
- At least 2 years of HR experience required
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, approachable, and team-oriented
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
