Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential to the success of our HR department, supporting performance management, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of discretion.
Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor annual, 45-day, and 90-day employee review processes. Schedule meetings, prepare review documents, and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and concerns. Document issues, provide guidance, and escalate matters appropriately to ensure timely and fair resolution.
  • Organize meeting schedules, prepare agendas, and record detailed minutes for HR and management meetings.
  • Partner with department managers to develop and refine job descriptions, outlining responsibilities, qualifications, and expectations.
  • Maintain employee files and HR databases, ensuring accurate, current, and compliant documentation.
  • Assist with HR initiatives, including policy updates, training programs, and other department projects.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role.
  • Solid knowledge of HR principles and best practices, particularly in performance management and employee relations.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
