Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in benefits administration, HR analytics, payroll systems, and talent management platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Utilize HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors and/or Beamery for talent management and recruitment processes.
  • Manage time and attendance using NOVAtime and support payroll operations through related software.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and analytics using Power BI and/or Tableau to provide actionable insights.
  • Interpret and report workforce data to support organizational goals and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all US employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Promote and support team culture, diversity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist in employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Prior experience using or knowledge of SuccessFactors and/or Beamery.
  • Experience with NOVAtime and/or payroll software.
  • Prior experience working with Power BI and/or Tableau for HR reporting and analytics.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate talent systems and interpret HR data.
  • Benefits administration experience is required.
  • Strong understanding of team culture, diversity, and inclusion strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations in the US.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Certifications preferred: SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate or higher degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role.
