Location: Mesa, AZ (On-site)
Compensation: $22/hour + DOE

What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: conduct job intake meetings with hiring managers, post openings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offer logistics
- Partner with HR Generalists to support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, changes, and terminations
- Facilitate onboarding: lead new hire orientation, ensure completion of I-9s, background checks, and benefits enrollment
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with payroll documentation and compliance tracking
- Support HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP) and troubleshoot employee access issues
- Conduct audits of personnel files and ensure documentation aligns with company policies
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to align on hiring needs, onboarding timelines, and employee transitions
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 3 years of recent HR experience, with emphasis on recruiting and onboarding
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
- Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and onboarding compliance
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
