What You'll Do
- Support HR operations including employee records, onboarding, benefits enrollment, and payroll documentation
- Lead new hire orientation and serve as the primary HR contact for new employees
- Coordinate hiring, changes, and terminations, ensuring accurate personnel files
- Assist with recruiting tasks such as posting jobs, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews
- Communicate with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and interview logistics
- Maintain HR systems and tools, including time-off tracking and user support
- Conduct regular audits of HR documentation
- Verify employment credentials, references, and I-9 documentation
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 3 years of recent HR experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP)
- Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
