Office Clerk
LHH Recruitment is partnering with a company near Tempe who is in search of a full time Office Clerk to support their insurance team. This is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, fully in office. The hourly rate is between $21/hr-$24/hr.
This is a fully onsite role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is comfortable handling a wide range of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to office staff and management
- Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Excel
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and internal communications
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team
- Some college is preferred
- Previous administrative experience required (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, data organization, formatting, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a busy office environment
- Dependable, professional, and punctual
