Insight Global is currently hiring a HR Generalist to join the team of a client who is a leading blockchain gaming platform. Our client allows players to earn cryptocurrencies and non-fungible tokens (NFTs) through gameplay with a presence all throughout the world. This HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. They will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in fast-paced, innovative environments. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work closely with our leadership team to drive company culture and employee engagement. This individual will need to located out of Dallas, Texas and needs to be comfortable with a fully on-site work environment.
The salary expectation for this position is $60k-$100k depending upon years of experience.

-Proven prior experience as an HR Generalist or other HR position with at least 3+ years in a dynamic, fast-moving, agile environment
