The Human Resources Department is comprised of multiple centers of excellence (such as Benefits, Operations and Talent Acquisition) which allows our HR Business Partners to truly focus on partnering with employees, at all levels, to deliver proactive HR solutions to meet strategic business needs. The HR Advisor works on behalf of one or multiple business units and focuses on talent development, performance management and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary point of contact for employee questions and development.
  • Partner with the leadership team on people initiatives including engagement programs, job design, staff rotation, retention, diversity, equity and inclusion, and employee communications.
  • Own new hire onboarding process and communication including new hire orientation, paperwork, announcements, and new hire review adherence.
  • Champion a culture of ongoing feedback. Provide guidance to managers and employees around various aspects of performance management and roles including career development, appraisals, feedback and goal setting.
  • Working closely with Senior HR Director, provide advice and counsel to managers and employees on employee relations issues.
  • Implement and execute strategies for the employee lifecycle including on-boarding, orientations, learning and development, stay interviews and career pathing.
  • Develop and direct programs and practices to promote the company as an employer of choice that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, high performance and diversity, equity and inclusion.
  • Support Learning & Development efforts for the agency, including leading and developing training classes.
  • Create ad-hoc reports providing initial analysis and recommendations.
  • Drive OHG and local HR initiatives as appropriate.

Experience :

  • 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced, collaborative working environment. Advertising agency experience is a plus.
  • Consultative business partnership and relationship building skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills as well as solid presentation skills.
  • Knowledgeable of federal and local employment laws.
  • Employee relations and talent management experience.
  • The ability to conceptualize and evaluate information to resolve situation/issues in a timely manner.
  • The ability to multi-task in complex working environment with accuracy and proficiency.
  • High degree of confidently and attention to detail and able to manage projects and work under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, (where you live), associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire, so if your salary requirements fall outside this range, we hope youll still decide to apply for this opportunity:

$70,000 - $80,000
