HR Business Partner role at Delek US Holdings. We are a boutique-sized diversified downstream energy company with a range of assets, including petroleum refining and logistics. Our refineries are located in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana, with a combined crude capacity of 302,000 barrels per day. Our logistics business owns and operates 720 miles of crude and product pipelines, a 600-mile crude oil gathering system, and storage tanks and terminals.

Job Summary

Designs, implements, and monitors a variety of human resources programs. Anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management. Drives the implementation of human resources programs within assigned business unit(s). Applies broad knowledge of all HR disciplines (e.g., recruiting and selection, learning and development, employee and labor relations, compensation, etc.).

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • In lieu of a degree, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in a related field (Required)
  • No licensure or certification required.
