The Site HR Director serves as a trusted member of the site leadership team, providing strategic guidance and consultative support to drive organizational effectiveness and long-term success. This role partners directly with site leaders to influence critical business decisions with HR impact, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities while addressing the unique operational needs of the site. In addition, the HR Director leads and develops the sites HR team, ensuring they deliver consistent, high-quality support to their client groups. By coaching and guiding the HR team, the Director builds HR capability across the site, strengthens alignment of HR strategies, and ensures proactive solutions to workforce challenges. Required Qualifications EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Related Field Ten (10) years of Human Resources experience with at least 4+ years of managing a team Five+ (5) years of experience working with unions Energy experience preferred Proficient knowledge of SuccessFactors preferred Strong sense of ownership and accountability Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, mentor, develop, and teach through others Strong organizational agility to interface at all levels of the organization Provides strategic, consultative support, including tactics, to the client group and Senior Leadership, influencing them to make optimal decisions with HR impact Collaborates in the design and communication of Business Unit and HR strategies. Delivers and implements strategies that support a high-performing culture Implements and assesses human resource-related programs and activities Manages plans for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management Anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends enterprise-wide in partnership with senior management Develops and maintains a strong working relationship with union officials. Manages all site union aspects such as contract negotiations and amendments, labor-related issues, and grievances in collaboration with Labor Relations COE Provides budget-related data with recommendations to the business unit in support of the achievement of strategic objectives Partners with Workforce COE to track and trend staffing needs, changes, and challenges to ensure continuous business operations, mitigating talent disruptions Run and provide HR reports to business clients as requested Core Competencies
