HR Business Partner
The HR Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on talent, engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness. This role will partner closely with leadership to anticipate workforce needs, develop high-impact people solutions, and ensure a strong, inclusive culture that drives business results. This position will balance vision with hands-on execution, enabling teams to achieve their goals while fostering employee growth and retention.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:
- Partner with assigned agencies to develop and execute people strategies aligned with their business objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation resource for employee relations, benefits, workers' compensation, leaves, and new hire orientation.
- Ensure HR matters are handled in compliance with federal and multi-state regulations and company policies.
- Act as the primary HR contact for the assigned region, advising on organizational design, workforce planning, compliance, talent management, and best practices.
- Guide leaders through employee relations issues, ensuring fairness and consistency.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, propose solutions, and measure progress.
- Support leadership in building high-performing teams through coaching, performance management, and development planning.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and select top talent.
- Lead engagement survey initiatives and translate results into actionable plans.
- Facilitate succession planning to develop and retain critical talent.
- Partner with Service Center HR leaders to drive change management related to technology implementations, organizational restructuring, and companywide initiatives.
- Utilize HR systems (Workday) and technology to enhance the employee experience and employer brand.
- Travel to agencies may be required.
- Adhere to all company policies and maintain confidentiality in accordance with applicable laws and standards.
- Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years of HR experience.
- Healthcare industry knowledge required; home healthcare preferred.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn Workday HRIS system.
- Ability to analyze and understand data from multiple sources.
- Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills.
- Experience supporting environments with multiple shifts and staffing needs across locations.
- Experience with Workday and HCHB strongly preferred.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 based on experience
