FSA Federal (FSA) is dedicated to providing exceptional services supporting law enforcement and homeland security. We are currently seeking a Records Examiner / Analyst to support the mission of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

Responsibilities

  1. Review and evaluate data from multiple sources.
  2. Ensure completeness and resolve inconsistencies in received data.
  3. Accurately enter data into databases, documents, or spreadsheets.
  4. Create and manage case/project files.
  5. Validate and verify case files and data systems.
  6. Track case file status to meet deadlines.
  7. Manage requests for additional information.
  8. Prepare documents, reports, summaries, and responses, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting.
  9. Manipulate, transfer, compute, and print information as needed.
  10. Prepare and modify reports and correspondence using word processing software.
  11. Provide timely and accurate status updates.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Applicants with an Active TS Clearance are preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree, or High School Diploma / GED with two years of experience.
  • One-year experience in asset forfeiture or related law enforcement fields (including legal and military experience).
  • Ability to understand organization and functions of the customer.
  • Strong project and workload management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to review, interpret, evaluate, and extract data from complex legal and non-legal documents.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and data entry skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced skills preferred.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service, positive, and flexible attitude.
  • Ability to work professionally in a team environment.

This position requires U.S. Citizenship and a minimum background investigation of 7 or 10 years.

Note: The 20% pay differential depends on the customer's order and requires an Active Top-Secret security clearance.
