Overview

RollnUp is looking for a Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will use cash registers, electronic scanners, and other related equipment to conduct monetary transactions with customers.

Responsibilities

• Customer service – Greet customers as they enter the location and answer questions. Assist customers with locating products and resolving complaints as they arise.
• Cash handling – Accept money in the form of cash, checks, and credit or debit cards for items purchased. Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of the shift. Accept and process returns or exchanges according to store policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 21 years of age or older
• Check IDs to ensure safe and legal sales of age-restricted products
• Ability to operate equipment such as cash registers, calculators, or scanners
• Basic mathematical skills to make change and process refunds
• Knowledge of the company’s products, services, and customer-related policies
