Overview

RollnUp is looking for a Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will use cash registers, electronic scanners, and other related equipment to conduct monetary transactions with customers.

The ideal candidate is dependable and reliable with excellent customer service skills, high accuracy, and is committed to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Customer service – Greet customers as they enter the location and answer questions as needed. Assist customers in locating products and resolving complaints as they arise.
• Cash handling – Accept money in cash, checks, and credit or debit cards for items purchased. Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of the shift. Accept and process returns or exchanges according to store policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 21 or older
• Check IDs to ensure safe and legal sales of age-restricted products
• Ability to operate available equipment, such as cash registers, calculators, or scanners
• Mathematical skills to make change and process refunds
• Knowledge of the company's products, services, and customer-related policies
