Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional, friendly manner
• Process customer payments for service, parts, and vehicle sales
• Accurately handle cash, credit card, and check transactions
• Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with light administrative tasks
• Provide receipts, invoices, and explanations of charges when needed
• Maintain a neat, organized cashier station and lobby area
• Assist the service and parts team with clerical support as needed
• Follow all dealership policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cashier, receptionist, or customer service role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle transactions quickly and accurately
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and dealership software experience a plus)
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license preferred
