GolfSuites Inc is hiring: Janitor in Lubbock

GolfSuites in Lubbock, TX is seeking a reliable Janitor to maintain the cleanliness of our venue by performing routine cleaning tasks! Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, polish (with appropriate cleaning solutions) and vacuum floors in designated areas
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces
• Wipe down countertops and other horizontal surfaces
• Restock, clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and stalls
• Empty trash cans and replace liners regularly
• Collect and dispose of recyclable materials
• Clean windows and mirrors as needed
• Report any maintenance issues or damage to appropriate reporting manager
• May perform minor maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy objects, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods of time
• Familiarity with proper cleaning techniques and chemicals
• Commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness
• Consistent attendance and ability to follow a schedule
• Perform minor maintenance tasks
• Display energy and enthusiasm
• Demonstrate excellent communication, time management, and organization skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work on and as a team
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions for extended periods
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Previous janitorial experience preferred including experience with power cleaning equipment
