The Janitor position is responsible for performing all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned areas inside buildings or multiple client sites. Tasks may vary depending on client specifications, requiring flexibility.

Brandon is hiring for Part-Time Pressure Washer roles with a wage of $17.00/hour.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: These duties are necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position. Other duties may be assigned:

• Empty and clean waste containers; remove waste paper and garbage; damp wipe containers.
• Empty and clean ash trays; monitor and replenish sand supplies.
• Dust all image frames, charts, wall hangings.
• Damp dust ceiling and air condition diffusers, partition grilles, registers, and ventilating louvers.
• Vacuum mats and carpeted areas in workplaces, lobbies, and corridors.
• Clean office furnishings, fixtures, paneling, window sills, and flat surfaces.
• Clean and buff metal fixtures and hardware.
• Clean and polish tile floors as required.
• Clean glass furnishings and entry doors.
• Remove stains from vertical surfaces like doors and frames.
• Wash, clean, and sterilize water coolers.
• Sweep stairways and vacuum carpets.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, restock supplies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in janitorial work.
