As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a retail and mall location, you will play a key role in helping to create a secure and welcoming environment for visitors and staff. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will interact with the public and provide outstanding customer service, assisting guests and addressing their concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Position Type: Part Time Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the retail or mall location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain a secure environment. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall premises and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance needs as encountered during patrols. Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and location staff to address security-related issues and support daily operations. Maintain detailed and accurate logs or reports of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities as required by site procedures. Availability across various days and shifts Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
