A creative, fast-paced studio environment is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy professional to oversee daily office operations and provide executive-level administrative support. This position plays a key role in ensuring internal systems run smoothly while actively integrating innovative tools to improve team efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in office management and executive assistance , with a keen interest in emerging technologies and a proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving. Discretion, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing general office operations and maintaining a well-functioning, welcoming workspace
  • Providing executive-level support, including calendar management and travel coordination
  • Supporting internal communications, scheduling, and documentation
  • Coordinating team meetings, events, and culture-building initiatives
  • Researching and implementing tools (including AI-driven solutions) to streamline workflows
  • Assisting with administrative tasks related to HR, recruiting, and budgeting
