Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing general office operations and maintaining a well-functioning, welcoming workspace
- Providing executive-level support, including calendar management and travel coordination
- Supporting internal communications, scheduling, and documentation
- Coordinating team meetings, events, and culture-building initiatives
- Researching and implementing tools (including AI-driven solutions) to streamline workflows
- Assisting with administrative tasks related to HR, recruiting, and budgeting
