Your Impact

Our Executive Assistants understand that the success of the executive is a reflection of their work and vice versa, which creates a true atmosphere of teamwork and job satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day schedules in a way that the executive is able to complete obligations in an organized, efficient manner.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings including team meetings, all-hands, off-site meetings, one-on-one meetings, and meetings with team members and customers.
  • Proactively manage calendar priorities based on customer meetings, release cycles, fiscal calendars, current projects, team needs, and events.
  • Book domestic and international travel within Salesforce’s travel policy, considering visas, costs, and proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Salesforce and with Senior Executives inside and outside the company, identifying key stakeholders.
  • Assist with food orders, luncheon planning, and planning of other business-related meetings as requested.
  • Other administrative and project duties as requested.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of applicable administrative experience, ideally from a global software organization.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and process in executing administrative activities.
  • Experience setting up and managing virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Webex, GoToWebinar, Google Hangouts) and conference calls.
  • Strong teamwork skills; ability to offer suggestions and improve processes collaboratively.
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to build a personal network across the company.
  • Intermediate project coordination experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders and external partners.
  • Experience partnering with senior management in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Experience working with large administrative teams.
  • Working proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Drive, GMeet); experience with Quip, Slack, Salesforce and Tableau is a plus.

For New York-based roles, the base salary range is $95,200 to $153,400. For California-based roles, the base salary range is $95,200 to $153,400. For Illinois-based roles, the base salary range is $87,200 to $140,600.
