A strategic consultant working with multi-generational, family-owned businesses is hiring an executive assistant in the Sarasota, FL area. This position offers a flexible schedule, working 20 hours per month to start, with pay up to $30/hour based on experience.

Executive Assistant Role Tasks

The ideal candidate will be a thoughtful and highly organized assistant, helping the executive stay focused on serving clients with clarity, care, and professionalism.

Workload and Responsibilities

Tasks may include calendar and email management, research, document coordination and organization, and helping the executive stay on track with key deadlines.

Personal Assistant Tasks

Responsibilities may include managing personal appointments (medical, wellness, travel), coordinating travel itineraries, online ordering and returns, household vendor communication, event planning, gift sourcing, and personal errands.

Qualifications and Opportunities

Previous executive assistant experience is preferred. Experience in consulting or family enterprise is not required. This role offers professional growth opportunities; hours may increase if desired, and the position could become full-time after 6-12 months.
