A fast-paced, mission-driven organization is seeking a discreet and highly organized Personal Executive Assistant to support two top-tier executives. This role coordinates both business and personal matters, ensuring the executives are fully supported across professional and private responsibilities. The ideal candidate brings trust, flexibility, and emotional intelligence to a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

This position balances executive office support with high-touch personal assistant responsibilities and provides the opportunity to work closely with influential leaders who value integrity and excellence in execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive & Business Support
    • Coordinate complex scheduling for internal and external meetings, aligning with priorities and availability.
    • Draft and edit executive-level documents, presentations, and reports.
    • Handle confidential records and documents with discretion and security.
    • Arrange detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transport for business and occasional family travel.
    • Plan and execute executive-level events and milestone celebrations.
    • Submit and track business expenses using designated reporting tools.
    • Provide proactive support on strategic and time-sensitive projects.
  • Personal & Household Support
    • Manage family calendars, school events, and personal appointments.
    • Oversee personal bill payments, household subscriptions, and budgeting.
    • Run errands and assist with personal shopping, gift buying, and logistics.
    • Coordinate transportation and logistics for family members, including occasional school runs.
    • Support pet care needs, including feeding schedules and vet visits.
    • Supervise home maintenance, schedule repairs, and liaise with vendors or service providers.
    • Act as a liaison with family members for seamless coordination.

  • Reliable transportation, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record are required.
  • A late-model, well-maintained vehicle is needed for occasional errands and travel (mileage reimbursed).
