Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior leadership team. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a high degree of professionalism. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and ensures seamless coordination across executive schedules and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Meeting Management
    • Coordinate complex calendars across five executives, including scheduling meetings, managing conflicts, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
    • Organize internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and materials.
    • Prepare executives for meetings with briefing documents and background research.
  • Communication & Correspondence
    • Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Draft, proofread, and manage email correspondence and other communications.
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Travel & Expense Coordination
    • Arrange travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
    • Process expense reports and reimbursements accurately and promptly.
  • Project & Task Support
    • Assist with special projects, presentations, and reports as needed.
    • Track action items and ensure timely completion of tasks across executives.
  • Office & Team Support
    • Coordinate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
    • Support team events, off-sites, and leadership communications.
