Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide support to our CEO and senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced environment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with ease. The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in maintaining efficient and effective operations within the company while also assisting in the day-to-day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for business trips.
- Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents for the CEO.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership team meetings.
- Conduct research and gather information as requested by the CEO.
- Assist with the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and documents.
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails and phone calls for the CEO.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments within the company.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the CEO.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proven experience in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of content management systems and social media platforms is a plus.
