Overview
Executive Assistant to the President/CEO — Louisiana (must reside in state).
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our President/CEO. This role will optimize the CEO's time and focus, manage executive workflows, and ensure seamless communication with the executive team and Board of Directors.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's schedule, travel, and communications.
- Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and minutes.
- Coordinate board and committee meetings, maintaining governance records.
- Support strategic projects and organizational initiatives.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Board & Committee Engagement
- Act as liaison between the CEO and the Boards of Luminate, Luminate Innovations, CU Cooperative Branching, and Luminate Foundation.
- Prepare/distribute board agendas, materials, and governance records.
- Support audit, legislative, subcommittees, and ad hoc committees.
Organizational & Operational Support
- Manage organizational materials (staff badges, business cards, holiday cards, etc.).
- Provide operational support for mission-critical projects.
- Assist with Luminate's Annual Meeting and Convention.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of administrative experience, including 2+ years supporting executives.
- Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and travel as needed.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
