Overview

Executive/Personal Assistant to Tech CEO

$100,000 – $170,000 + Full Benefits

This hybrid role is based in West Los Angeles, with work from the CEO’s homes, the Westside office, and remote. You will support the CEO and Chief of Staff across business and personal matters. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, exceptionally organized, and able to manage executive tasks with polish and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel across multiple time zones
  • Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-ups for internal and external meetings
  • Coordinate commercial travel (domestic and international), accommodations, and itineraries
  • Interface with key stakeholders, internally and externally
  • Ensure clear communication and follow-through on tasks from meetings and strategy sessions
  • Serve as a key liaison for household staff, contractors, and vendors
  • Coordinate appointments, errands, and personal travel logistics
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism when working in personal settings
  • Act as a thoughtful partner in managing both professional and personal priorities

Ideal candidate

  • Experience supporting a C-level executive or UHNW individual in an EA/PA or House Manager capacity
  • Proactive, calm under pressure, and able to anticipate needs before they arise
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong tech skills and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Comfortable working independently while coordinating across multiple locations and priorities
  • Must be based on the Westside of Los Angeles and have a car
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation

Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr
