Overview

Executive Assistant / Business Partner to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in a consumer electronics organization. This senior support role drives direct revenue growth by providing high-level administrative support, business partnership, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, adaptability to a growing company, and experience in executive sales support, including managing sales reporting, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with the CRO. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to pivot quickly while maintaining production timelines. Travel is expected at 15–30%, with flexibility for events and varied hours to support business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing meetings.
  • Prepare and manage sales reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of budgets, tracking expenditures, and forecasting future financial requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage corporate events, including logistics, vendor relations, and attendee registration.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Utilize AI tools and Mac systems for efficient task management and data analysis.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and queries.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Conduct research and provide recommendations on various business matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant role, preferably supporting a CRO or a sales executive
  • Proficient in sales reporting and budgeting
  • Exceptional calendar management skills, including planning and scheduling meetings, travel, and events
  • Experience with Mac systems and AI tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
