Parallon provides full‑service revenue cycle management for HCA Healthcare. We support scheduling, registration, insurance verification, hospital billing, revenue integrity, collections, payment compliance, credentialing, health information management, customer service, payroll and physician billing. Responsibilities

  • Perform complex administrative duties including responding for the executive when they are unavailable, composing correspondence, and coordinating resources across SSC.
  • Handle various administrative details with initiative and good judgment.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Make travel arrangements and complete expense reports for supported Senior Leaders.
  • Plan and execute meetings of various sizes (including 50+ attendees) with logistics such as location, travel, food, video conferencing, hotel accommodations, and conference room scheduling.
  • Answer inquiries and/or refer callers/visitors to the appropriate person or department.
  • Gather information and develop summaries as requested.
  • Develop and implement office procedures related to interoffice communication, records and systems.
  • Ensure adequacy of office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate calendars and any associated travel arrangements.
  • Answer multiple phone lines and address inquiries, referring callers to the appropriate individual.
  • Complete expense reports as requested.
  • Assist other staff as requested.
  • Attend meetings as assigned and report on actions.
  • Participate in educational activities and programs.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business administration is preferred.
  • Four to five years of administrative experience is required. Relevant education may substitute experience.
  • Expense report processing experience preferred.
  • Calendar management experience preferred.
  • Event planning/management experience preferred.
