LHH is currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant & HR Support role for one of our clients on the north side of Indianapolis. This is a fully onsite, direct hire position.
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support top-level executives while managing essential HR administrative functions. This dual-role position offers a dynamic blend of executive support and HR coordination, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support (Primary Focus for CEO):
- Attend and document key CEO-led meetings (~4 evening meetings/month, typically clustered in one week)
- Create and refine presentation decks based on executive input
- Coordinate quarterly and annual company-wide meetings (scheduling, logistics, catering, agendas)
- Manage executive calendars and occasional travel arrangements
- Provide project coordination and administrative support to COO and EVP of Product
HR Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems
- Manage job postings and coordinate recruiting activities
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and schedule interviews
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and orientation logistics
- Support payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance tracking
- Contribute to performance review processes and other employee lifecycle events
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in executive support, HR coordination, or a combination of both
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Willingness to work occasional evening hours remotely to support global meetings
- HR experience preferred but not required—training available for the right candidate
