Overview
Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) financing brings capital to property owners and developers to fund energy efficiency, renewable energy, and resiliency measures for their commercial properties. PACE Loan Group (PLG) is a top national direct C-PACE lender deploying our industry-leading balance sheet to originate and service C-PACE loans nationwide. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer. This role is critical in enabling the COO to focus on operational leadership and strategic growth, while ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day priorities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and builds systems that create lasting efficiency.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of executive support experience (some exposure to legal work preferred)
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to represent the COO professionally
- High proficiency with Microsoft 365, CRM platforms (HubSpot), and newer tools
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and solve problems proactively
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the COO’s calendar, scheduling, and travel logistics
- Serve as gatekeeper—filtering requests, prioritizing effectively, and protecting COO’s time
- Organize documents and files for easy access
- Assist with reviewing and formatting contracts, NDAs, and other agreements
- Develop and improve workflows, processes, and systems
- Track and drive follow-through on key priorities
- Maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
- Work closely with Senior Executive Administrative Assistant to support the broader team
- Other tasks as assigned

Compensation Range: $55K - $70K
