About The Role

SKIMS is looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide proactive, seamless support to three senior leaders. This role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks—requiring a manager-level professional who can anticipate needs, manage complex priorities, and serve as a trusted partner. The ideal candidate is operationally excellent, agile under pressure, and deeply collaborative, embodying our SKIMS values and core competencies.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support & Prioritization

  • Manage complex and dynamic calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling across multiple leaders with competing priorities.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, flagging critical deadlines and opportunities.
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel logistics, agendas, and itineraries.

Project & Operational Management

  • Act as a liaison across departments to ensure senior leaders are prepared for meetings, presentations, and external engagements.
  • Lead follow-up on action items, ensuring accountability and execution across teams.
  • Draft, edit, and manage executive communications, presentations, and briefing materials.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and high-profile contacts.
  • Represent leaders with professionalism, discretion, and a customer-first mindset.

Process Excellence

  • Streamline administrative processes, identifying innovative solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and judgment.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 3 years supporting multiple senior executives simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities with discretion, judgment, and agility.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; adept at preparing executive-level communications and presentations.
  • Highly organized with a forward-thinking approach to anticipating needs.
  • Experience in fashion, consumer, or high-growth industries strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation: $115,000 – $125,000 / year
