Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. This Contract-to-permanent position offers the opportunity to support executive-level operations while contributing to marketing and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive schedules, including calendar organization and meeting coordination.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, including booking and coordinating trips.
  • Prepare marketing packages and design files, with proficiency in tools like InDesign being a plus.
  • Compile and organize invoices, ensuring accurate data entry into spreadsheets.
  • Support monthly newsletter creation and distribution using Mailchimp.
  • Perform general data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with external bookkeeping services to ensure smooth financial processes.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for executive meetings and presentations.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in calendar management and scheduling for executives.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as InDesign and Mailchimp is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data entry and spreadsheet management.
  • Ability to coordinate travel arrangements and logistics effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in supporting executives in a detail-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
