Overview

Temporary (potential Temp-to-Hire) Executive Partner/Assistant to support the CEO for a leading AI and e-commerce company. Hybrid work arrangement in West LA. Base pay range: $55.00/hr - $65.00/hr. Role focuses on boosting leadership impact, streamlining decisions, and driving operational efficiency to advance the company’s mission.

Note: This position requires experience in AI, tech, or e-commerce.

What You’ll Do

• Design systems to boost leadership effectiveness
• Build processes to amplify CEO impact

• Improve communication and alignment company-wide

What They’re Looking For

• Experience building ops systems and frameworks
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proven ability to drive leverage in fast-moving environments

Requirements

• 3+ years supporting executives or leadership teams
• Background in ops, project management, or Chief of Staff roles
• Industry experience in AI, tech, or e-commerce
• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience
• Bonus: Start-up or fast-paced environment experience
